Basic Paint Party (50-100 Guests)

Service Description

Let's create! This basic paint party is a great last minute idea for kids birthday parties, adult birthday celebrations, girls night, bachelorette party, baby shower or any special occasion for up to 100 total guests! We are able to create with up to 50 guests at a time. Additional guests will be added to a second class time. All Paint Parties include: Instructor All Art Supplies  Aprons Music  Choice of painting. You will choose your own step-by-step canvas painting or pre-drawn style! After booking we will contact you to confirm your painting selection. Basic paint parties do not include themed decorations. *$20 per guest. Children and Adults will both need a ticket to create. Non-painting guests may sit in the remaining seats within your party class room or walk around the art gallery. Each classroom can host 24-32 guests. We choose your classroom based on availability. Guest Ticketing : We will create a special RSVP link on our website for your guests or you can purchase your groups individual guest tickets after booking! *We need time to prepare for your group, so we ask that all tickets be confirmed at least 3-5 days before your party. Your assigned party planner will follow up to discuss your ticketing set-up after booking. Food & Drinks: For Basic Paint Parties, you may bring light food and drinks, including wine. These items can be set up at your seat. To add on an extra area in the Gallery during your party for hospitality (gifts, food and drinks) visit our venue rental options in the main menu or contact your party planner. Music: We create a playlist for you but you are welcome to create a playlist on a bluetooth capable device of your own. Cancellation Policy

Primary Paint Party - Cancellation Policies Ticketed Class & Event Cancellations Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a reschedule date if you cancel before the 48 hours, but we do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class or event tickets. Venue Rentals & Private Party Cancellations Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 72hrs to the event will incur a 50% fee. Guest tickets purchased for private events will incur a 50% cancellation fee if made less than 72hrs to the event.
