Themed Paint Party (50-200 Guests)

Service Description

Let's create! Our themed paint party is great for special occasions or group events. We create art on canvas, in the theme of your party! We host amazing kids birthday parties at Primary Paint Party. We also create special teen birthday parties or group adult parties! We have themes for every occasion including bachelorette and team building! This small group art class is a great time for up to 200 total guests! We can host up to 50 guests per class time. Additional guests will be added to additional party time. All Themed Paint Parties include: Party Planner & Art Instructor All Art Supplies  Aprons Music  Choice of Painting Decorated Hospitality Table (includes cutlery, plates, cups) Full Set Up and Clean Up  *$25 per guest. Please add guest tickets after scheduling your party. You will choose your own step-by-step canvas painting or pre-drawn style! After booking we will contact you to confirm your party theme and painting selection. Children and Adults will both need a ticket to create. Non-painting guests may sit in the remaining seats within your party class room or walk around the art gallery. Each classroom can host 24-32 guests. We choose your classroom(s) based on availability. Guest Ticketing : We will create a special RSVP link on our website for your guests or you can purchase your groups individual guest tickets yourself after booking! *We need time to prepare for your group, so we ask that all tickets be confirmed at least 3-5 days before your party. Your assigned party planner will follow up to discuss your ticketing set-up after booking. Food & Drinks: For Themed Paint Parties, you may bring food and drinks, including wine. These items can be set up at your seat or on the included hospitality table directly outside of your classroom. To add on an extra area in the Gallery during your party for hospitality (gifts, food and drinks) visit our venue rental options in the main menu or contact your party planner. Music: We create a playlist for you but you are welcome to create a playlist on a bluetooth capable device of your own to play durning your paint party. Cancellation Policy

Primary Paint Party - Cancellation Policies Ticketed Class & Event Cancellations Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a reschedule date if you cancel before the 48 hours, but we do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class or event tickets. Venue Rentals & Private Party Cancellations Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 72hrs to the event will incur a 50% fee. Guest tickets purchased for private events will incur a 50% cancellation fee if made less than 72hrs to the event.
